NGDCs.. Thoughtful to observe a new found fashion trend for the past  few  years at many public  places .. Like one can not speak up Religion and Politics .. 🤔 .. Of course ജാതി പറഞ്ഞുള്ള അധിക്ഷേപം is forbidden by Law in India.. We saw even RahulGandhi loosing the Parliament Membership as per court order ..

 However for the larger cause of Freedom of Speech, my personal opinion is to stand for  Absolute Freedom of Speech, by considering a much more nobler approach. That is in tune with a better and higher quality finer tuned take with  Samskruth culture.. In that thinking,  there are no cuss words in any languages, but just a lesser understanding of grandeur meanings of words used .. Maybe Words hurt emotionally more, because of lesser understanding of the  language by the listener.. But then that is more a personal realization programme many times and need not be meant for all, for a kind of Mass Consumption.. Yet making some steps towards could be personally more gratifying .. 🤔 ..

NGDCs ..

There is a chapter in Bhagavatham called വിതർക്ക ബുദ്ധി, in which King Yudhishtir continually questions Arjuna, with Arjuna not answering and by the end, we see King Yudhishtir somewhat getting an estimate of the situation with the last few questions that he asks.. 

There is an argument that വിതർക്ക ബുദ്ധി  (വിശേഷപ്പെട്ട തർക്ക ബുദ്ധി with going on and on, on and on in the path of  Self Enquiry, even if it is a ബിംബം in front..) might actually be bringing up some kind of ഹൃദയ നൈർമ്മല്യം like or need not just like ആറന്മുള കണ്ണാടി to reflect the answers of our deeper quests with sincerity and without much prejudice .. In Shirdi Sai Sathcharitham, ഭഗവാൻ  advises "Nana"  with verses on "പരി" പ്രശ്നേന സേവയാ.. ഗീതാ ശ്ലോകം  episode..  

 Now coming back to the പൊങ്ങച്ച  fashion symbol now a days, with a കുല ആചാര kind of "സു" fashion modelling , not to talk religion and politics.. 

Its okay, if one doesn't want to talk.. But depriving others from talking religion and politics is probably, some kind of a രാജ്യദ്രോഹ കുറ്റം only, trying to do some kind of an അട്ടിമറി of fundamental rights, that the constitution provides to അഭിപ്രായ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം, religious freedom, political freedom and the freedom to express one's views regarding all these .. 

The main argument put up in such places opposing or trying to do the അട്ടിമറി of such ഭരണ ഘടനാ principles, thru back door, is that, that can lead to debates and personal feuds and even കൈയ്യാങ്കളി .. 

This argument is like since accidents can happen, no vehicles are allowed in streets .. 

Emotional hurts for one need not happen just from political and religious talks.. Any talk can hurt anyone else .. Even an appeal not to put up, one's political or religious views that is allowed by constitution, can also hurt one emotionally.. 

The point is just like anything can be used for good or bad including Science, a blanket ban is never a great solution .. Especially when General Elections are coming up now, such blanket bans on political and religious freedom to talk is actually something that goes against the spirit of DemoCrazy, where people are not allowed to have all the data to form their opinions .. 

Now the next point on emotional hurt .. If one is hurt emotionally on whatever the issue is, he or she needs to be able to express that and the content maker can apologize for that.. That need not mean that content is wrong.. But since it hurts someone else, even when it is perfectly legal, giving apology to emotionally hurt ones is perfectly okay for the emotional hurt caused.. I still remember a Kairali TV video on SathyaSaiBaba, many years back showing something against Saibaba after apologizing to the ലക്ഷക്കണക്കിനു സായിബാബ ഭക്തർ those days, if it has hurt them emotionally .. As Veer Savarkar did, asking for apology (മാപ്പ്) as many times, if emotional hurts been caused personally is actually a sign of a much more psychologically healthy and stabler society only.. Asking for മാപ്പ് in a social living need not be because one is wrong, but for the cause of soothing the emotional hurt felt by the other.. Maybe even hopping, someday the other one is able to understand and realize the finer tuned funs in the Quality Heights of Languages in a superior manner, without actually feeling the emotional hurts..

 Maybe till then "മാപ്പ്" is a Samskruth പ്രയോഗം only to lift up the other person who is seemed to have hurt emotionally.. 

When we start to think that opinions (മതങ്ങൾ) are some iron rods (ഇരുമ്പൊലക്കകൾ which in actual reality, they are not/need not..), that  probably leads to piling up of penchant emotions, with  unnecessary  stress build ups emotionally, which can cause some kind of "squared up" emotional feels with the വർഗ്ഗീകരണം, that can  get burst or blasted out when they get some opportunities to vent out ..

 I agree lighting up people with an emotional piling up process is an age old technique as JayaSurya says in the movie "Beautiful" with a dialogue "നമുക്കു കൊളുത്തിയല്ലെ ശീലം" .. 

So whatever we may say with "Freedom of Expression", eventually the dancers around may excommunicate or throw out the കീർത്തനം (Speech) special artists  from the places that they have higher control, to some kind of  ഏകാന്തതയുടെ അപാരതീരങ്ങൾ .. Even Bhagavatham says, when one does Bhagavatha reading, in the ഏകാന്തത, that place get converted to some kind of a "ഹൈമവത പുഷ്പം", maybe with some higher cold acts than any fire .. 

So IDK, how to conclude this as some larger principles of Nature can many times over ride the Citizenship Rights too many times wherein the Nature (പ്രകൃതി) need not be any believer in any DemoCrazy and could be just an Absolute Dictator too .. 

NB:- I think Balu in ഉപ്പും മുളകും, serial in flowers TV may have thought something in those lines, with Bhagavatha Mahathmyam, while creating the character of "HaimaVathi" with Sajidajie probably ..
