NGDCs ..

With the calamities of Nature's Rajo Gunam..
Pushing the humans to the more extreme(r) walls..
Bellram sensed an opportunity to promote Gloskrutham stories for a Nobel Prize..
With a S(Z)ane Billy's attitude in Titanic..
To get some extra mileage using the time's speciality..
With a conversion of Hell into Heavenly Nectar attitude ..
To take some extra advantage of the Times..
By trying to provide some "Nat(d)an", local produced relief to affected some ..

But the Angels didn't like a kind of V(W)it C attitude of Ashwani Devathas..
In their affairs of Scheming and ManAgement..
To follow a stringent grammar of execution with proper rules and regulations..
To avoid any accusations later..
By not using the local produce when helping the affected locals..
To make sure that it's painted as the International help of Heavenly Angels that got poured into the affected Locality..

N.B.. just 4 some further more thoughts..

NGDCs .. Thoughtful to think about the Vaatha, Pittha, Kapha analogies further like the equation Pressure * Volume / Temperature (PV/T) = C, a constant ..

Vaatha has a meaning gas or air whereas Pittha is liquids probably in the body and the Kapha could be the solid form of existence and balancing of these three states running a healthy system ..

Thoughtful to think how unobstructed air flow can happen .. Maybe a kind of porous kind of system with Pranayamam to reduce the friction of generation gaps etc using ViRaag like Tapas and Solitude that could be high in the air as in PMM3, addresses some the obstructions to Vaatha issues with Pressures of Rajo Gunam like living in the past Norms, Acharas and the conditioning grammar etc etc ..

Whereas the principle "ThaNa Nilathe Neerodu" acts with "Pittha" liquids by keeping the ego low to an extent with some increased sugary volume with low density using the Devotion (Bhakthi) principle of PMM1 creating energy even from nothing (lower ego), like the Satvic Quality living in the present moment ..

Like the rag "KharaKhara Priya"
 of solid, solid state of yellow Kapha comes probably more from innate Temperature of Desires of Gyana from ThamoGunam with one's own personal Truths in tune with the bigger Truth like painting yellow around too with Gyan like PMM3 to find more finer tuned  uses of even useless things instead of wearing a yellow glass (as a kind PMM1 suggestion earlier) kind of utilizing even in planning for the future with sincerity living in tomorrow too ..

Maybe the Constant C could even be the Sound Energy, the so called property of Space like even the sound of silence or even maybe the ParaBrahmaAvabodham in the "Zeroth Law of Thermodynamics" ..
