In Sanskrit negative seeming words before or at the beginning of a word indicate a strong "No" that the rest of the syllables can't overcome, whereas a "No"(Negative) sound towards the end of the word, indicate that, that word or syllable has to evolve from a caterpillar to butterfly by applying pressure on the walls of "No" that comes afterwards (the syllable) ..
Like "നാ നിമിത്തേ" while mean, "Not with signs", "നിമിത്തേന" means "as per signs" with some evolution of feeble opposition of "ന" at the end, which is almost equivalent to the word "നിമിത്തേ" which means as per sign..
This is also one of the fundamental grammar thinking on നിമിത്ത ശോധന, in so called Astrology too.. 🙏🙆🏻 ..

Maybe an approved technique by scholars in Sanskrit, allowing free speech, with a statement that there are no cuss words in the DevaBhasha of Sanskrit used by the higher class ones, could be one way out, trying to limit the Value Education process, as Congress Party may have argued about Dr APJ Kalam's PURA concepts ..
Maybe all languages are Divine and no language has any cuss words for the really cultured upper class ones could be another way out .. Like if any cuss word is heard by anyone like "Shumbhan" etc, it is the listener's lower cultured, lower class understanding of the language kind of take that was probably used by Marxist Party in the Court years back ..
