Bellram parked his car in a parking lot and went for shopping, in a big international mall .. And when he returned from the mall, he saw the scars of 5 long lines on his car deliberately done by someone .. 

And then Bellram straight away went to the Police Station and complained it as a law and order issue.. 

Simultaneously he also said about that incident to CGQIP Specialist GJk too, 2 see whether it is possible to find the culprit in Gloskrutham way and GJk like the Detective SherLock Holmes, did an FRNGS model test  and the Random Number that came out been 328 .. GJk tried to analyse the result with simulation techs using the environments and then said that, it is possible in this case the involvement of a secret Mafia as per GJk's FRNGS model Test..

 Incidently GJk also pointed out an incident of issuing him two tickets for a programme 2oo, to which he has only paid the money for one single ticket only and the second ticket getting wasted combined with a low turn over for the programme at that time ..
