Kochi Muziris 2026 (6th) Janakeeya Biennale, a Gloskrutham Outlook.. NGDCs

 NGDCs .. Went for 2026, Kochi Muziris Janakeeya BieNnaLe.. 🤔🤔😲😲🙏🙏 🏃🏃..

The very first installation by Adrian Villar Rojas seemed to be mocking the wine taste of "Art" itself .. 

While the first installation in the Pepper Yard with mirrors and paintings seemed to confirm the Janakeeya impression of Art i.e. brought up, the last one by Sri T. Paul in the Pepper Yard just stunned with its sensuality factor too.. 😲😲😲😲😍😍 .. 

Other than the beauty of slow motion ero intimacy performance by the artists, It seemed a welcomingly  noteworthy point that "Moral Policing" on some genuine  "Artistic" considerations in Kerala has come down.. plus some promotion of LGBTQ rights artistically seemed a forward initiative, though i got into some time constraints to watch that fully.. Hope shall be able to watch it fully next time with better time management.. 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ ..

The video on white teethed flower garden about Ulfa and Assamese culture and also many other installations, reminded the Fridge of "William Kentridge Art" shown in a previous BienNaLe on "More sweetly play the dance"  .. 😲😲🤔🤔🫢🫢 ..

While the 1987 born Pallavi Paul's installation reminded me about the famous dialogue of Sreenivasan in the 1988 released movie "Chitram" about "Kumbalanga"..,

Marina Abramovic Institute (MAI) went a lil farther on how Christianity killed the ancient Roman Culture and it's Gods with some kind of blade bank programmes creating some emergency needs probably.. 😲😲😲😲🤔🤔🤔🤔🙏🙏🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃 ..

Overall probably true to its name "Janakeeya BienNaLe", this year's or the 6th, BieNnaLe has an overall "AanaChantham" (Beauty of an Elephant) rather than the finer tuned beauty principles that may have got incorporated in the  previous 5 BieNnaLes ..
